Insight QNA gives you insight into your customers, participants, and staff. Insight QNA gives you the ability to create a presentation, such as a survey. A presentation asks for opinions through surveys, gauges knowledge of topics with tests, determines commitment to programs, and gives individual participants insight into their wellness and fitness through self-assessments.

The demos below provide a quick preview of many of the features and options available through Insight QNA. As with all of our products, Insight QNA is designed to provide as much configuration flexibility as possible to meet the needs and goals of your presentation.

Survey Demo

The purpose of a survey is to ask the opinion of a group of participants about one or more topics usually to gain insight into individual perceptions of those topics so that some action could be taken if necessary based on survey results.

Demo Highlights:
  • Questions can be asked in the following formats: Likert Scale, Multiple Choice, Number Scale, Short Answer, and Essay.
  • Questions can be grouped into categories.
  • Questions can have images associated with them.
  • Likert Scale Yes/No questions can have sub questions associated with a yes and a no answer, and/or a statement that's presented based on the participant's answer.

Test Demo

The purpose of a test is to assess the knowledge of a participant about one or more topics usually to provide the opportunity to present the correct answer if the answer was wrong, and optionally to provide a grade or score for the test results.

Demo Highlights:
  • Test questions have the correct answer associated with them.
  • Test questions usually have a point value associated with them.
  • A test can optionally display the results of the test following submission including the correct answers.
  • A test can optionally display the resultant test score.

Self Assessment Demo

A Self Assessment gives and individual participant insight into them self on some given topic, usually in the area of wellness, health, and fitness.

This demo is from our sister product, Peaceful Motivation, and is part of a Whole Person Assessment is in support of Peaceful Motivation's fitness and wellness programs and participant Apps.

This Peaceful Motivation Whole Person Assessment is in support of a specific individual's Whole Person wellness goals and to instill fitness and wellness habits and skills in order to improve and sustain overall health, fitness, and performance leading to a more happy, healthy, and satisfied life.

The primary purpose is to help a participant establish a baseline and set of goals in the "Whole Person" areas of: Fitness, Nutrition, Weight, Stress Reduction, Energy, and Outlook. And, over time the participant will revisit the assessment to monitor progress and issues.

Demo Highlights in a Fitness and Wellness Context:
  • Questions ask the participant to quantify their state or activities on some topic usually through some range scale such as a low number is negative and a high number is positive.
  • Questions optionally have information about why this is being asked and the value in the assessment.
  • Questions usually have some potential response associated with various range scale answers.
  • Questions optionally have suggestions associated with various range scale answers.
  • In fitness and wellness programs, the result of the assessment can optionally provide a suggested program of action for the participant.

Participation Commitment Demo

A Participation Commitment is used to guage the level of commitment to a program, such as a wellness program which usually has some expectation that the participant is willing to commit at some level to perform the expected minimum activity and time commitment associated with the program.

A Participation Commitment can also be used to assess whether a given program is suited for a potential participant, such as an expected prerequisite skill level and time commitment. The results of Participation Commitment can be used to recommend a given program to a participant depending on their answers.

This demo is from our sister product, Peaceful Motivation, and is part of the Wellness SHIELD Questionnaire. It helps a participant form a commitment to the SHIELD program and to identify the core areas of the SHIELD program that will help them achieve their goals and gain a more happy, healthy, and satisfied life. The purpose of the Wellness SHIELD Questionnaire is to point out the core areas of the SHIELD program that will help improve and maintain a participant's overall well-being. The primary goal is to help set their psychological commitment to meet their wellness goals.


Demo Highlights in a Fitness and Wellness Context:
  • Questions ask if the participant is willing to commit to completing some minimum activity.
  • Questions ask if the participant is willing to commit to spending some minimum amount of time on some area.
  • Questions ask if the participant has some minimum skill level to participate.
  • Questions can be used to identify competing commitments or conflicts that can impact the participants ability to succeed in the program.
  • Questions optionally can have a minimum activity or time value associate with them.
  • Questions optionally can have a suggestion if the minimum activity or time value can not be met.
